I didn't know anime was on niconico, I'll give it a look.
Most of the links I was able to find were dead. Legal streaming sites have no reason to stream raws specifically, and streaming raws is too niche to serve the profit motive of bootleg streaming sites - they get a fair amount of traffic from Japan already with English subbed or dubbed streams. I'm not sure if this is a topic that's been touched on already and I couldn't find it, or if it something that isn't allowed to be discussed on MAL but is there a site where you can stream raw anime? IIRC, crunchyroll allows you to disable subtitles but unfortunately, it is blocked in the country I'm visiting.
